刘耘现任成都理工大学行星科学国际研究中心主任、中科院地球化学研究所学术委员会主任、矿床地球化学国家重点实验室副主任。现任中国地球化学领域英文期刊《Acta Geochimica》(原《Chinese Journal of Geochemistry》)的常务副主编,Geochemical Journal副主编,《矿物岩石地球化学通报》、《地球化学》、《矿物学报》编委。

-代表性研究成果和学术奖励情况-


刘耘主要从事稳定同位素分馏的理论计算、计算地球化学和行星增生动力学。同位素研究涌现了一些崭新的方向,急需为其提供新的概念、定理和公式。刘耘是国际地学界少数能对同位素核心基础理论进行基于统计力学和量子力学改进、完善和更新的研究者之一。由于同位素方法逐渐成为地学、海洋学、生态学和行星科学等领域的最重要的工具之一,对这一工具的改进将带来深远影响,具重要学术价值。刘耘课题组在对稳定同位素核心平衡分馏理论的修正、超冷体系同位素分馏理论、热梯度过程同位素分馏理论、扩散和气化等动力学过程同位素分馏理论、clumped同位素等方向的理论建设做出过受到国际同行认可的工作。刘耘曾受邀参与国家自然科学基金组织的多个地学领域的战略发展报告的编写;两次受中国矿物岩石地球化学学会邀请,撰写2001-2010和2011-2020国内计算地球化学和同位素效应理论和计算领域十年进展报告。
